about upgrading to premium seating "opportunities" for 2020. replied to the 3rd one saying thanks but no thanks. Cited horrible home schedule & team leadership not making me confident about the future. Sure it won't go anywhere or matter, but think if enough people respond like this it could at minimum spark urgency in AD beyond this year.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
