There is zero transparency in pricing

Everything is priced after care, and then it is all negotiated from there.
The only good thing about healthcare today is HSA...where at least I can determine if I want to go to the doctor or not..so at least have some control.
But now we have max out of pocket costs....which is good if you are typically below the out of pocket costs..but once you are above that, there is no more incentive of reducing your costs.
