Not only did he state there was nothing illegal about the call, but he stated Taylor got some key details wrong in his testimony regarding both Sondland and Morrison himself. I guess Taylor should face perjury charges?

Also stated he had no reason to believe Ukraine even knew about the aid being withheld until August 28th.
