he was controlling the narrative and the story and was afraid that they'd blow up his witness' testimony like they have every other one the Dems have manufactured.
Dem side. We didn't want the names of folks that he'd talked to released so that we can preserve them as potential witnesses and they wouldn't be intimidated before we get a chance to get their stories on record.
