If Pelosi holds that vote, Dems lose the House as Representatives like Katie Porter, Elaine Luria, Abigail Spanberger, Jeff Van Drew (or any of the other 36 or so Dems who flipped GOP seats in 2018) will lose their elections if they sign on to impeachment proceedings.
If they DON'T sign on for the Inquiry, Pelosi will look like a Moran for holding the vote.
