in adopting and expecting others to accept as "Gospel" such a singular definition of what you call "the word of God".
I too think we ought to have control of urges and desires and accept that sometimes life is hard - as it should be. Difficulty builds strength and contributes to who we become. But I also don't want to assume your shoes and mine walk the same path and that person or that I understand the challenges that others face.
Everything is not negotiable.
