fail to do anything. some 2-stars become All-americans.

But over time, the averages pan out. The 5-star guys have great odds of becoming impact players, 4 stars a bit less, 3 stars much less, 2 stars drop off the cliff of percentages.

You want to see your program pulling in 4 & 5 star guys consistently, it'll make you elite. Some will flop, most will be productive, but the numbers don't lie over time.
