do it yourself. It doesn't matter the legality of what you did. When you paint your enemies actions as bad then you do something like that. You turn into a hypocrite. It's to bad for her that her party has turned into the moral authority, so she had to go.

Also she was not blackmailed. Her ex never(to my knowledge) wanted anything of value other then what he got. He wanted to destroy her reputation from the get go. He didn't hold the pictures over her head for something. As soon as she filed for divorce, he released all the dirt.
