be wise to follow Gerald Ford's lead. Give a blanket pardon to Obama and I would include most of his top people.
Many people think Ford made a mistake but the pardon allowed the country to put Watergate behind and move on. Spending years in court and punishing Nixon would have been a huge distraction to the country.
In this case, they should go after a few upper-level guys (Comey, Clapper, Brennen) and then pardon the rest.
Of course my opinions are dependent on this going to the very top, maybe it did not and it was simply a case of Obama letting his minions run free but not actually participating or guiding their actions.
