Those two schools specifically have gone nowhere with constant firing. Coach Odom’s seven and five and eight and four records are something they would kill for at this point. Granted they probably played tougher schedules then we have but still. The only chance at success at a mid tier school is coaching and coaching staff continuity. Just look at Iowa- that’s the example we should follow. They pack all their bowl games and all their home games and Ferentz has been there 18 years I believe
