And if you can, you should run because not one of the candidates supporting the plan can offer anything of substance with regard to funding the program.

And since you admit a wealth tax will never happen, you need to raise at least $4 trillion annually to pay the tab. This means bringing in more than twice what the IRS already collects. I am ready to hear how this happens. And please, bore me with details. I want the nitty gritty details.
