Dirty deplorables won't let you distribute wealth? Just decriminalize shoplifting, and let the people steal it themselves!
Cue up editorial pieces on food deserts, and how poor areas need govt help. (Mainly because progressive tools made it too expensive for anyone to run a legitimate business in those areas).
