Why spend all that money on nasty, but clever biological weaponry and then let it go to waste.
There is bound to be a dyed-in-the-wool CIA operative who can just make people, naturally, lovingly, and wonderfully disappear in the arms of a 'health condition' - with no fan fair, or partisan upset.
Let's do to the coup plotters what they and their ilk have been doing to the rest of the world for decades.
They'll be plenty of salt of the Earth American who'll get it - and they'll take that as at least some form of justice knowing that all of the official channels of justice are corrupt at this time.
