...when we first joined. But, it seems like the officiating changed about the time Tilmon arrived. I'm not claiming causation / conspiracy, just bad timing. I always thought the officiating of the SEC was an advantage preparing for the tournament, when play got more physical. It was what our players were used to, and what teams recruited for. Oh well.

I do think that Tilmon may be a better pro. I think he has good footwork and a good touch on his shot. When he can bang more freely, I think he will blossom. Some team may take him with a second round pick and be greatly rewarded, IMO. I think he can be a consistent shooter from !8' and, obviously, be a physical player. There is still a place for that in the NBA. Think of how well David West fit on the Warriors a couple of years ago.
