but, with the elimination of private insurance as she has called for, people will no longer be paying monthly premiums and deductibles. This means that likely there will be some finite amount of income tax increase that will result in a net lower spending for individuals on healthcare.

At least that's her notion, anyway. You're clearly confused or deliberately lying about her intent.
