i'm not following the entrapment argument in the first link. at all. because there's nothing explaining it. at all.
re: your second link: i see nothing inappropriate whatsoever in law enforcement/military investigating internal conduct. it seems wildly inappropriate to not do so. that, obviously, also includes the fbi in the inception of the trump campaign investigation, as well. (as an aside, i don't agree with the assessment "the violation is yet another questionable mark on the resume of Flynn")
re: your third link: i see absolutely nothing wrong with obama warning trump against hiring flynn. i also see nothing wrong with trump hiring flynn notwithstanding obama's assessment. that said if (as the competent evidence/guilty plea suggests) it doesn't go well, obama's warning reflects poorly on trump.
i see nothing to excuse obama about the actions you list here.
