if Martin wins at least 20 games or gets an NCAA tournament berth in any of his first three seasons the university “shall not have the right to terminate this contract for employment without cause before April 30, 2021.”

So anyone whose patience is wearing thin, tough luck. He is going to get a full chance to rebuild by winning in year 1.
