A guy I knew in college got left on an e-mail distribution for a class he had the previous semester. After repeated requests to be removed went unanswered and he continued getting unwanted e-mail updates on assignments and tests, he responded that if he wasn't removed he was going to blow up the Physics building. They came later that day and arrested him.
