Syrian Free Army against ISIS (and oh by the way, maybe they could help overthrow Assad).
Turkey is technically a NATO ally.
So now the Syrian Kurds are aligned with Assad and the Syrian Free Army is helping Turkey with fighting the Kurds.
What the hell was the objective in being there in the first place?
°read up on the Kurdistan Workers Party. These are not the same good Kurdish folks we were involved with in Iraq.
