Bryant has something (we can call it, "it") that Lock didn't have. According to the things you can measure, Lock was a better thrower. Bryant is a better runner. Bryant is a better scrambler, for what that's worth.

But I don't think it's fair to say one is the "better" QB, especially at this point.
