Trump had a lawyer (Rudy) gallivanting around the world in luxury, paid by Parnas and Fruman, who also were gallivanting around in luxury, all trying to do what Trump would call “oppo research” on Biden, and none of this was reported by Trump’s reelection campaign all of which of course vastly exceeded the contribution limits, why isn’t this a criminal conspiracy among Trump, Rudy, Parnas, and Fruman to violate the Federal Election Campaign Act
