The man is an alleged CIA analyst and Ukraine expert who had been detailed as an aid to VP Biden and traveled aboard AF 2 with Biden on several trips to Ukraine. His name is probably Bill Taylor and he is a Dem political operative still employed by the CIA. The big question is who is the identity of WB No. 2. WB2 is a leaker of classified information and will likely stand trial for this felony.
