For all of its woke proclamations and bluster, we now see the league, coaches and players will only display principled social conscience when it is easy, convenient and does not get interfere with revenue.

Like I needed another reason to be underwhelmed by their league. Athletic gifts clearly do not translate to intellectual ones.
