The Black marxist got a Moderate looking Figleaf to obsecure his radical antiAmerican marxist agenda, and Biden got to be an historical American figure.

And he also wanted to cash in after what is reputed it to be a career of selfless government service.

I imagine that Biden looked around and saw Maxine pad Waters, Nancy the chest Pelosi, dirty harry Reid and other lowlife swamp scum up to their ears in wealth without any signs of scandal.
