Impeachment, by design, is supposed to be bipartisan. That is why it requires a vote of the full house to impeach and a super-majority in the Senate to remove.
Every other time impeachment inquiries have begun it was with a vote of the entire House. The votes were mostly partisan but at least the minority had a say in the proceedings. The Dems are doing everything in their power here to make sure the GOP has no voice.
I hope the Senate GOP is watching that and when it gets to them sets rules that are just as restricting of Senate Dems.
If the Dems push this through the House without any GOP input I hope the Senate calls for an immediate vote as soon as they get the Articles of Impeachment. No investigation, no hearings, no speeches. Just call a vote and get back to the business of the country.
