kicked off with a vote of the full house which made the inquiry a House inquiry. The Dems refuse to call a vote here. Who exactly gave Nancy the power to speak for the full house?

Right now a couple of rogue committee chairs are running a partisan investigation while shutting out GOP members of those very committees.

Those committees have no power over Trump and the executive branch. If the full house votes for an inquiry then that changes.
