I just don't see a guy like Bob Barr as someone who would manufacture or create false evidence. I could see him looking the other way and ignoring evidence. I could see him basically refusing to engage in certain debates, but I don't see him as someone who'd go out of his way to actively create it. Even his "memo" in the Mueller matter, was essentially a shut-down debate effort.
