to change it to "he never even read the transcript"... to which I responded:

"LMAO junior...how the **** would the IG have looked at the edited transcript?"

1. The transcript (which we still haven't seen) was stored on a hidden server. Trump hadn't produced the edited version at that time.

2. The IG didn't NEED to see the actual transcript, he had testimony from parties with FIRST HAND knowledge (see WHISTLEBLOWER 2.)

The IG's job was to determine if the complaint was credible - he verified the credibility. His JOB was not to conduct an in-depth investigation and reach a conclusion regarding the criminal nature of the alleged acts - he passed the report on to the DNI (who tried to quash it.)
