I am no longer a Republican. One reason is that they are doing nothing to reduce the size of the government. I said before the election, that the party needed to be shaken up or shaken apart.
I have also proposed before, that the actual conservative wing of the party, +tea party, plus libertarians could form a formidable party fairly quickly. GOP establishment losers can wander in the wilderness.
Screw them.
And our recent unpleasantness on the board could have been avoided, by just offering the explanation that you did. That can be discussed, debated, and argued... Instead of some people getting plssy because the original post was not well articulated. And others were expected to take it on faith.
