1) She didn't include photo with her application for the internship

2) She can post on the social media without letting prospective employers see it

3) Her complaint was that the company ("Kickass Masterminds") posted the pic on their website - that's a legitimate complaint (they had no right to lift a photo from HER site.

The company could have simply rejected her application; or they could have rejected her and given her advice for future purposes (rather than stealing her picture.)
