He asked for them to do some investigations, with Biden specifically brought up, and offered up Rudy to follow up. Nothing specific was offered. we do not know now what happened with the Rudy follow up (at least I am not sure)

If anything, it was dumb for that to be one of the focuses of the talk for a first conversation between two Presidents....especially with all of the political and economic instability there...but that is me.
