because Trump doesn't have evidence of that or he would have provided it to the DOJ. He didn't have anything, so he offered up a quid-pro-quo to a foreign leader to find some for him. Stop pretending like Trump is a 'good guy' and just trying to 'drain the swamp'. He's obviously all about Trump and winning an election.
