murder, which was an intentional act during the commission of a burglary, only got 30 years.


And Utah just paroled a man who intentionally shot and killed a Utah state trooper in 1978 after serving only 40 years.

So 10 years for negligent manslaughter is probably about right.

It's not like she went home and said "let me commit a crime and then shoot someone".

She f*cked up. Big time.
