There is no way this story is true. Even the Dems are smarter than to offer this. The optics would be horrid after they have spent weeks talking about Trump's impeachable actions.

If they want out they would simply drop it and say it is too close to the elections and they will leave it to the American voters. If they do it that way they save face without admitting that they have nothing on Trump.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
