is that it does take time for a coach to build the program and its reputation, especially when the incoming situation was like ours in the aftermath of Kim Anderson.

I agree that Tennessee is a good example, if you look at how Rick Barnes has steadily improved the program and its recruiting each year. Now he's landing 5-star players in every class.
