Using the Tigerboard logic for the female police officer in Texas found guilty of murder, this scumbag should be hung by the neck until dead.

Oh wait....his murder was in some way less of a crime because he seriously had criminal intent in attempting to elude and purposefully placed the public in harm's way by driving the wrong way on an interstate highway.

But he was a criminal...so lets give him a free pass.
