For purposes of the discussion, assume that Trump is not available as a R candidate. Who gets the nod?

I doubt it would be Pence. I'd say it's Kasich or Romney. Someone who's mildly anti-Trump and calm. Rubio would be another possibility. I don't think it'd be someone as acerbic as Cruz. Jed's time is past.
