Very clever on CIA's part to couch this latest coup attempt as a whistleblower complaint. The ICIG even prepared the groundwork by changing the requirements or qualifications, in spite of the language of the ICWB law. I don't think there is an question that the ICIG was in on the plot and the NSD wasn't sharp enough to understand it.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
