investigate your political rival is impeachable. It's wrong and if it was Obama doing it, Bush, or Clinton it is still wrong.
And the DOJ can say it's legal but that doesn't mean it's not impeachable because the DOJ has already proven that it can't prosecute or even say a president did something illegal because of their policies.
If the democrats in an official capacity withheld their power and influence in funding and help against Russia to get dirt, then yes, it's wrong. But the democrats hire Steele to do opposition research and get dirt from Ukraine, that's fair game. Using the power of the office to investigate a rival is clearly the issue here.
