Trump mentioned him many times during the Zelensky call?
Since he was specifically mentioned in the call, prior National Security personnel stated he would have received a copy of the rough transcript, if not the verbatim transcript.
So, how could he have been “surprised”? I can envision the “angered” part.
If he never received the read-out, who decided to exclude him, and why? We already know WH lawyers sought to hide notes on the call.
