The revision removed direct first hand knowledge requirement of wrongdoing.

This so called current case is nothing but bullshyte, to allow congress to abuse white house officials, and go on a witch hunt.
All based I heard someone else says something. I wasn't there, so you can't prosecute me for perjury or fraud when it's proven false.
Yet more evidence of the guilty until proven innocent crowd in DC.
