Yes, I read it. It was almost entirely based on guesses about what took place during the July 25th phone call. Since the transcript had already been released it made the complaint anti-climactic.

When I hear about a whistleblower I usually think of someone who has first-hand knowledge or access to documents. This was nothing but rumors, many third hand, of what this person believed had happened.
