Why Bill Clinton wasn't impeached either. Banging whores, prostitutes or interns doesn't rise to that level.

If we had a Parliamentary system---vote him out on no confidence. Our system is elected for 4 years not thrown out because we think you are now a jerk or we just have the votes. If he commits treason or something like that go for it
