just another chance for leftist to stand in front of a camera and clamor for gun confiscation. If you are not sure here is a little checklist of topics for you.
A. Did they talk about stronger gun laws and closing loopholes?
B. Did they talk about banning semi-automatic weapons?
C. Did they talk about fighting the NRA?
D. Did they discuss mental health issues contributing to gun violence and how to address it?
E. Did they discuss the problem of black-on-black crime and its causes and prevention?
If they discussed items A-C in detail but never once broached subjects D & E then they did not have a hearing on gun violence. They were just putting on a dog and pony show to gin up leftist support and raise money.
