claimed was used in Ukraine by Russian hackers to hack into the DNC server. The DNC server was not ever situated in Ukraine. Trump's reference was in regard to a server funded by a Ukrainian oligarch who is also involved in the ownership of Crowdstrike. Crowdstrike was the cyber security firm the DNC hired to investigate the alleged hacking.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
