their careers for a show trial that has zero chance of succeeding in a GOP controlled Senate.
If the House impeaches every Dem in the Senate and at least 1/3 from the GOP side would have to vote to remove. This is for a sitting President that 65% of Americans do not want impeached.
I will concede that House Dems are as stupid as you are and may go down this road. But you really seem to believe that a large number of GOP senators would be willing to kill their golden goose in a move that would hand the presidency to the Dems.
