my understanding that it has been ruled that it was not a violation. i'll try to find a link to make sure.
however if it IS a violation then HRC and Dems would be in the pipe for asking Ukraine for dirt on Trump and Manafort as well and obviously THEY were never charged with anything
we have been round and round about this but asking for dirt on political enemies is not an FEC violation. it's dirty politics for sure. but in this case, there is pretty ample evidence that Biden's crackhead son had absolutely no expertise to be handed the Ukraine and China business and couple that with Joe's bullying remarks on live TV there is a predicate for an investigation.
