Fast forward to July. If Trump is smart.. He threatens to withold money from Ukraine for an investigation in their previous regime's potential tampering in the US 2016 election.
Leak to whistleblower the call was about dirt on Biden. Media and Democrats run with it.
Turn around and show the conversation was in regards to withholding money to a country that potentially aided in 2016 election interference and requesting compliance with an investigation before agreeing to future financial support.. Barr is also investigating on US DOJ side.
Democrats would then come across as major losers. They would look like they are trying to hide their own side's potential role in 2016 election interference.
