This means that the predication for investigation of Flynn was phony. Sally Yates initiated the investigation predicated on FARA violations, which Flynn was never charged with. However, his business partner was charged and Mueller threatened to indict Flynn's son for the same FARA violation. With the Judge throwing out the conviction granting an acquittal, the predication for the Flynn investigation falls apart. Expect Judge Sullivan to do likewise and acquit Flynn. Big win for the good guys.
