Very little energy is produced as I have said in the past and the backup diesel and/or natural gas generators pretty much need to run full tilt as the green energy is so unreliable

Clouds, inverter frequency issues and wind speed changes and windmill maintenance make it worse.

The batteries to try to harness any of the extra energy are not only extremely cost prohibitive until energy costs are 4x what they are but the disposal of them and the solar panels negate any so called green energy benefits.
